the hightlight of today is actually TOMORROW. zane has a half day because of the snow expected. yay! he'll get home just in time for the girls to be sleeping soundly for their naps. and then, maybe i'll nap too ;)
anyway, lots of lowlights for today. including...
-a trip to the dentist (actually periodontist?) for a consult on implants. that in itself wasn't something i was looking forward to. i cried in the chair before the guy even came in.
-a trip to the dentist that told me the tooth i had extracted in november, that then gave me over 2 weeks of hellish pain, that should be just about healed enough to start the implant process, HAS A ROOT STILL IN MY JAW. yes. i have to get it re-extracted. along with 3 wisdom teeth.
-don't even get me started on the comments the other dentist made about me crying.
-avery screeching whenever she saw our neighbor's husband at our playdate. somedays she's fine with him, others, like today, she screams bloody murder (and literally, tears spring from her eyes. i've never seen anything like it!). avery, he's a nice guy! really!
-trying to bundle our tv/phone/internet b/c we're paying an insane amount each month, but CAN'T because directv is the only one to do the sunday ticket, crucial for watching the chiefs play each week. and unless you're a brand new customer, you can't get the bundle through verizon. (however, i talked with the nicest woman with verizon and she felt my pain and tried to help)
-nola napping about a total of 80 minutes today b/c we had a playdate and then a dirty diaper :) (she was a super champ though for just about the whole day. smiles, giggles, wiggles and more)
so. yeah. not a great day. but, i'm done whining. it's 8:30 and i plan on crawling into bed in the next 10 minutes.

I'm SO sorry to hear about the dentist stuff.. ughhh I hate the dentist. I never hated it until the past couple years. Teeth hurt us from the age of 4 months on.. boo to that.
