having my coffee poured all over the floor upstairs just made this already crappy week that much more unpleasant.
but as i'm trying to get the carpet dry and the wood floors clean, i hear avery start singing "happy birthday to you", as she brings me a playdough birthday cake she made.
:) it made all the crappy stuff seem almost insignificant...

Same thing happened here with coffee spilling this week. Anya tipped over my mug. The only good thing about it was she didn't get hurt and I already hated my stained carpet.
I love that they can make anything better.
I'm sorry you are having a bad week. You should call! :) It's it nice when they are so nice to us!! That's a sign of good parenting! ;)
