i got a call from avery's drs office this morning and her lead levels have gone from a 7 to a 3!! YAY! the state likes to see the number under 10, the drs office likes it under 5 (which is why we had her blood re-tested through a vein instead of a finger prick). SO happy that there's nothing to worry about and it makes me feel a lot better about putting her (and me) through the horror of taking her blood.

and just to give you a taste of new england...there were near record highs yesterday-around 60 (maybe higher?) and now we're gearing up for some light snow overnight tonight and the possibilty of more snow on friday. crazy.
